Jonah Matranga

I've been printing merch for the upcoming Jonah Matranga UK tour. I printed two designs: one on ethically produced tees and the other on 3 different coloured ethically produced/environmentally friendly tote bags.

Skeletree (two)

I've made a little more progress by adding colour to this. It's really just a matter of getting an idea of what I'm going to do with it. It'll probably end up on some form of clothing or other and maybe as posters.

skeletree

Work in progress, I've had this image in my mind for a while now and I have finally got around to drawing it. I'll be adding some colour here and there and it'll probably wind up on my next set of tees along with a few others in a similar vein.

Tees at Bolshie

My tees are now being stocked by Bolshie.

Bolshie is a wonderful little organic store/cafe in Glasgow selling all manner of nice clothing. They are on Bank Steet (just off Great Western Road) so please head over and check it out.

A big you to Karen Taylor for the photographs:

scarf design, detail.

Here's a detail of the snake/birds design in progress.

It'll be going on cream scarves in scarlet and grey scarves in an as yet undeceided colour....suggestions?

scarf design

I've been working on a new design for a set of scarves I'm doing.
Two little birds being cradled by a snake, i'm pretty excited to see how it turns out.
It's hard to see much from this picture so I'll post a detail of the work in progress...

blood owls

I've been working on those owls a little more, this time in red on a stone coloured paper. This is pretty much the colous scheme I will be using for the tees and bags. I'll get the finished peice up soon so you can get a better Idea of how it will look.

My window makes a great natural lightbox......though it is less useful when the dark Scottish winter arrives.
